to let in another 1m litres of water in to fill a small basin like Singapore to 7M, must also let more water out at the bottom of the basin.

Dual citizenships for all Singaporeans to let existing 3M litres leave the basin legally.

In this way, the 7M litre of water can be cap without worry of oveflowing the small basin. Overflow basin is a dangerous level and will cause revolt.

Singaporeans need to punch a big hole at the bottom of this small basin so they can live outside Singapore with dual citizenhip status, legally.

Singaporeans have the right to come back as FTs, withdraw their CPF money and siam NSF as well. WTF is NSF when FTs can siam whereas local Singaporeans can't.

Next warfare is drones unmanned war weapons and therefore render NSF obsolete. Can import US/ Chinese firm workers which made drone planes a dgive out dual citizenships to them.
