Driving instructor arrested for molesting trainee

SINGAPORE : Police have arrested a 69-year-old driving instructor for outrage of modesty.
On 18 February 2012 at about 4.30pm, a 21-year-old woman reported to the police that she had been molested by her driving instructor during a driving lesson.
Officers from Central Police Division immediately commenced extensive enquiries and arrested the suspect on February 20 along Aljunied Road.
Investigations against the suspect are ongoing.
If convicted, the man could be jailed for up to two years, fined or caned.
Commander of Central Police Division, Assistant Commissioner (AC) of Police Tan Hung Hooi, advised members of the public who may have been molested to stay composed and call the police as soon as it is safe to do so.
