unless hes a big time drug pusher with lots of drug on him ..if small amount just can charge him drug posession .

The way this m&d was behaving shows that he must have tons of drugs on him. Knocking into a police car resisting arrest etc, if it was a small amount those acts would probably warrant a higher charge.
