Probably he dare not to, since he saw both najib and Zahid failing and backfired on themselves. For him to do this, anwar must have done something unforgivable and he will throw dirt on anwar in court.
Fact is, this old man seldom or never sued anyone that I can remember of.
He is principled enough to understand the law is there to take care of any wrongdoing, politicians must be thick skin enough to last these pinpricks, and allow the electorate to decide through the vote if he is incompetent.
