I was having lunch at NTU foodcourt when a man placed a flyer on my table and walked away... can't remember what he said.. when I turned my head up.. it was Dr. Chee!! He was walking around handing out flyers! The flyer was about us having to speak up more etc... once I can find a scanner, I'll get the flyer posted!
