Developers are revising the units of the developemnts,,,,
imagine a studio (granny flat) going for $450,000. for singles probably, and it used to be good for single expats to rent. but with the expat exodus, the prospect of high rental from these flats will not be good for the next few years.
just because 1 project alexis, of that 114 units only, claims to do well and others follow suit. Don't they know many buyers are friends or partners of developers, contractors or even marketing people?
lets see more studio apartments come out and see the results.....
