HDB homes doubled in price in the last ten years.
How much more the increase in material costs to build them?

How much have income of the average Sinkie increased in the corresponding period?

Not even able to keep up with inflation?
Where is the money that they are supposed to have to pump back to circulate in the Sinkie economy?

Where are the thronging masses in the shopping malls?
Why are there more and more early closing of once 24 hour coffee shops and those that are still open have so few customers?
