Yes, and they even have system to apportion his pay from among the ministries in his portfolio. That is the theory part. In practice, how do u determine that a minister spend x% of his time in this ministry, and x% in the other one? The only sure way to find out is show us the tax return or show us his exact salary. After all Obama's total earnings and tax filings are matter of public interest. When they start being evasive, that's when i am suspicious. I don;t want the PMO to tell me they draw one salary, I want them to tell me exactly what is their annual income, and than let ne decide fo rmyself whether these assholes are double dipping.

even they draw only one minister salary but cover a few minister post i also find it expensive.

It's the same question as asking what the fuck is an Assistant Manager supposed to be doing when there's already a Manager there. The question should be how many assistants are enough?
