安倍在视频里也说了，去年中国总理访日，他作为日本首相七年来首次访华，日中关系完全回到正轨，考虑到2019年日本还是G20峰会东道主，中国最高领导人将会访日，一度风风雨雨的中日关系，终于翻开新的一页。
恩恩怨怨还会有，历史创伤还会隐隐作痛，但政治家就是要冷静、克制，推动两国关系朝最希望的方向走。
安倍给中国人视频拜年，应该也是想趁热打铁，进一步深化日中关系，谋求日本国家利益的最大化。所以，他提到“百闻不如一见”，希望中日两国国民多到对方看看。
