George yeo lost Aljunied does not mean Singapore suffers a loss.
It is the PAP party that suffers the loss .
Yes, to some he is a nice man but to some, he is a PAP man, no one is indispensible.

Whether George and team are gentlemen will depend on how they hand over the Aljunied Town council to Workers Party.

So let the PAP team who lost Aljunied proves their magnanimity to the voters !

i seriously doubt it if there is any discrepancies in the accounts, WP will keep quiet.

What will happen is the tendering of contracts will be more open & transparent. No more free rides for the RC members friends & families

There will be not accounting problem. All debit and credit will be tally.
But PAP worry that WP will find out why contract are awarded to to those related to PAP. Why not open tender? Why buy a $600 chair for example.
