Looks bad on Teng and his men/women under him. Teng and his officers should have an open mind when interviewing that lady. Instead, their minds were all fixed. Anything not to their liking, they cannot accept and record. They only recorded what they wanted to hear. Basic investigation skills sadly lacking. Mother of all disgrace.
