I disagree we should house them offshore. It will raise the HIV rate tenfold as they start to plug each others backside. On a more serious note, they are human beings too, and we can't really blame them for being here. It's like blaming ants for crawling onto the table after your father spill the sweet drink all over it and never wipe. The right thing to do is to invest in infrastructure to meet their social and leisure needs.
