Don't allow google to track your searches and peer into your life

Can't you config Google to not track you too?

You can try but nowadays google is integrated into so many clients you'll find that if you log in to gmail, you're automatically logged in to youtube, chrome, maps and just about everything else that google has their tentacles in.

That's why I avoid using ALL google stuff as far as possible.

Do u have a YouTube account?

it's ok with me, i am a nobody. infact it will be useful if i need to look back what i have searched in the past.:o

My Youtube account still does not have a Google+ account, despite being constantly nagged to sign up for one.

Google wants to get people to use their real name and real photos on Youtube.

Youtube has a very good payout system for ppl with many subscribers. In the US many pranksters are uploading vids hoping to get more subscribers.

It's not a browser, but a search engine.......

Yes I understand that but most searches are now done directly from the browser address tab.

I'll rephrase that... configure duckduckgo to be the default search engine that your browser uses.

Ok. For some searches, I use it. Put it as a bookmark.
