1 in 7 Singapore Families have income of at least $30,000 a month
https://www.straitstimes.com/singap...t-30k-a-month-share-almost-doubled-in-5-years

According to the General Household Survey released by the Singapore Department of Statistics on June 30, 2026, approximately 13.4% of resident households (roughly 1 in 7) earned a monthly market income of $30,000 or more in 2025.

The share of households making at least $12,000 monthly jumped from 38.2% to 51.6%, meaning over half of Singapore's resident households now clear that benchmark.

Those are great figures. But must take into account parents and children all working.

Singapore Department of Statistics sampled all the papayas members and leaders for these results ah? not surprising .... :whistling:

Has anyone done a survey on how many from this income bracket are from ACS before?

Unlike RI, ACS trains you to be a man but only if you are well to do.

I know a ACS HDB chap who told my friend that he was staying in landed. It's a stigma so i don't expect ACS dataset to be accurate.
