Up 4% but inflation will overshadow the impact. Meaning getting more money but can buy less things.

EMPLOYEES here can expect salary increases of 4 per cent next year, up from this year's 3.1 per cent, according to the latest Salary Trend Survey by ECA International, the world's leader in international assignee management.

However, inflation will overshadow the impact of this in real terms. The survey is conducted annually and monitors actual salary increases in over 50 countries.
