Does hard work really guarantee success in Singapore?

No… never… you work hard is only for survival….. work hard would never get rich….Is connection that matters and of cos the person need to carry balls for who ever superior to him or her……
"No man ever got rich on a salary" is generally true, except for some CEOs. Most of the wealthy became rich through sources beyond a traditional salary, such as entrepreneurship, investing or other ventures that create passive income or leveraged income streams.
