This two-headed baby boy, born in south-western Bangladesh on Monday, has been placed under police protection - because of the curiosity his birth has caused among locals.

Named Kiron, the 5.5kg baby was delivered by caesarean section in Keshobpur, 135km from Dhaka, said gynaecologist Dr Mohamad Abdul Bari.
