Seems that the tool now is to use vaccine and not to suppress the figures. So people continue to go out and to spread to each other in the bus and MRT Stations and work places.

So 1000 cases per day is a new normal?

this either a chink virus
or a cowboy virus
possibly both

i am all in favour of using biological warfare against yankees

since they have used bio warfare against the world by unleashing this cowboy virus

we have got 3C virus
chink virus
ceca virus
cowboy virus

need to deal with them all

Case numbers are totally irrelevant because most of those cases are not sick.

Statistics are only significant when they are meaningful and useful.

Same applies to stats covering things like road accidents or other social issues like domestic abuse etc.

When I was a kid I used to fall off my bicycle on a regular basis and ended up bleeding from my knees and elbows but none of my accidents ended up in the road accident stats despite the fact that it often involved colliding with road signs, parked cars or falling into a drain. The reason is that the injuries were minor and the police were not involved.

So there could be 1000 "cases" of Covid daily but if 95% just have a sore throat and a bit of sniffle for a few days what's the big deal?

The only stats that are important are the cases that end up in hospital. The rest of the case numbers are inconsequential.

At this point, I also realised we can’t take real world data to feed our ignorance. Different countries have different capabilities and infrastructure to deal with COVID. While worldwide data shows a 2% CFR, Sinkiestan has a stirling 0.082% CFR record.

The only similarity I can see is the percentage of patients whom required hospital care, i.e oxygen supplementation, our lovely 0.69% :coffee::coffee::coffee:

The other issue with "case counts" is that the numbers you get depend upon how much testing is done. I'll give you an example Auckland is currently in the midst of an outbreak and I happened to be in one of the locations of interest on 17th Aug. I am therefore supposed to join a 3 hour queue to get tested but I have not complied because I can't be bothered with all this Covid shit.

If I went for a test I could well test positive given the transmissibility of the Ah Neh variant but since I have not been tested that is one case less.

Cases can hit 8 billion but if hardly anyone is actually sick it does not matter.

I’m with you on this, Boss.

Countries around the world need to relook at healthcare infrastructures and protocols. For too many a times, a lot of trivial cases have clogged up the A&E, community care facilities ought to be set up ease up the bed numbers in hospitals where real active care and attention is required.

What the fuck!
