Do you find SAFRA Energy One Gym membership grossly overpriced?

I was at SAFRA Clubhouse this afternoon and picked up a membership brochure for Energy One. On top of an entrance fee, you still have to pay a monthly fee of $30, not to mention a one-time admin fee.

Given that ActiveSG has given everyone of us $100 and the cost of the ClubFitt Gym is only $2.50 per entry. Why would anyone want to join EnergyOne ?

Army people like to mix with their own kind, not with out of shape normal weaklings.

Why do idiots still give their business to SAFRA? You think just because it's linked to the SAF and you've served NS, it's a 'place to call home'?

Remember this?

Never forget.

Depending on how often you go to the gym, a monthly fee may be more economical than a gym which charges you per entry.

The equipment in Clubfitt gyms is mostly shit, and on top of that you may have to contend with heartlanders, smelly cheapskate FTs (who already infest the badminton courts) and machine hoggers.

You are absolutely spot on with your observation of the badminton courts having been infested with (Indian) FTs especially. Just glad that they're not into squash racket game, which I'm going to pick up.
