Except for certain types of injuries and illnesses, chronic knee pain is usually caused by not exercising the knees enough. Especially, not doing the 'pangsai position' static squat.
Then you sit and stand all day, and wonder why your knees become weaker or your gait gets unbalanced.

Who u referring to huh?It’s not just about paying duties on inheriting landed property. More importantly, it’s about keeping the value of the entire estate - not just the real estate - out of the public eye.
