Do WP MPs need to take leave to attend Parliament??

I am pretty darn sure PAP MPs don't need to... especially if they work in stat boards or GLCs. I am sure even Jessica Tan don't need to take leave from Microsoft if they deem her MP role as important to Microsoft's company interest. Just reading LLL's comment that she needs to take leave to attend Parliament as NMP struck a nerve because she said it's not fair to her employer.
So this is another obstacle that Opp needs to face. Employers give considerable leeway and flexibility to PAP MPs but not to Opp.

MPs can be absent from parliament. It is whether they choose to or not.

When they become mp they also become king of the.company. even the biggest boss need to respect them. Leave or no leave is not an issue anymore.
