Does adverse possession applies to the sea ?- can anyone here advise or give advice
According to Wikipedia
" Adverse possession, sometimes colloquially described as ‘squatter's rights’ .....is a legal principle under which a person who does not have legal title to a piece of property—usually land (real property) acquires legal ownership based on continuous possession or occupation of the land without the permission of its legal owner."
So by staying in Singapore waters without moving, these 2 Malaysian boats are in a situation to claim adverse possession ?.
Why no Bilaharis or Kishores or Tommy Koh's to voice their opinion on these two related issues i.e sea waters and water supply?
