there was once when i was driving and stopping at a red light. suddenly overcame by such fatigue that i momentarily dozed off. i was actually awaken by honkings from rear vehicles after the light turned green. but i was still quite in a daze. in the end drove into a nearby shopping centre to freshen up and have a cup of starbuck b4 proceeding my journey.

many sgporeans are inflicted with CFS but not many know about it even the doctors.

the underlying causes are not meticulously studied. like for me, once i clear my system and poo everything out, i feel very fresh and alert.

A driver who fell asleep in a parked car near Block 132 in Yishun Street 11 woke up to a fire.

He had apparently dozed off in the Mitsubishi Lancer with his foot on the accelerator for 20 minutes when the exhaust pipe caught fire.

I am currently on a combo of blood type diet, raw diet as well as half vegan. I only eat meat during dinners on weekdays and whatever I want on weekends. Plenty of fruits, vegetables, liquids and exercise really helps. And also please get enough sleep 6-8 hrs a day. Those who are really tired, try to go vegan and oil-less for 2 weeks. The immediate result you will notice is the amount of sperm and the intensity of orgasm when you cum. Dont believe try it.

I personally believe humans are omnivores. Many argue we should be herbivores because of our teeth and stomach structure, however, I think we are omnivores because we are one of the very few mammals who walk on twos. Therefore try to eat 80% vegan and 20% meat.

Lastly, do remember basic science. Plants give out carbon dioxide at night and oxygen in the day, therefore try to sleep by 2330hrs if possible.

when taking long ride on buses, mrt or other mode of transport, one tends to doze off. could that be CFS too?
