like out the blue, u just want to stop living? just feel why go through all the effort to live healthy and long life, then at the end also must die, for what?

then sometimes, when alone, i start thinking what's the least painless way to end it all, because I no balls scared of painful death...

but despite this i am actually a happy person, happy living alone, happy cooking my own meals whenever i can, happy going biking on pcn, happy going to work etc etc

just sometimes when alone start wondering about suicide only...
