Do Singaporeans detest SAF regulars because so many SAF generals are making life miserable for Singaporeans?

Do Singaporeans dislike SAF regulars because of the damage done by pap ministers who were from the SAF?

SAF regulars suffer collateral damage because of LHL, TCH, LTY, CCS, TCJ.

It is true that Singaporeans don't respect SAF regulars. There is a saying - "good sons don't be soldiers"

I agree. I heard the training nowadays is very weak and not realistic

My dislike for regulars arose from direct working with them. Most really thought that they had great leadership, management skill and expertise in security matters. Once, at a seminar, a group of retired col actually told the audience to believe in what they are selling because together they had a hundred over years of experience and expertise on security for the country. That is how silly and ignorant they are. Good salesman must be humble and sincere.
