Sometimes on a good morning like now, after my short course run, I feel perfectly fine and feel like God is kind to allow me to see the sunrise with my heart at ease. I feel positive energies flowing in me.

I hope so. I just finished a short run. My legs are fine though..No cramps at all. It happens only during and after ejaculations.

Sometimes I think the blood can't reach my legs during sex because my heart is weak. But then, when I run, I don't suffer from leg cramps at all.

Or maybe because my body is free from medication in the morning because I take my medication only after breakfast.
