If the stall is really selling Penang Cuisine as the name suggest, this Singapore style hokkien mee should not be on its menu as its not Penang food .
In Penang ,hokkien mee is what we call prawn noodle here and the Singapore style hokkien mee is usually cooked at home and different from Singapore.
She should complain to Khaw Boon Wan, chair of SPH Media Trust
