Dirty tricks spotted at PC Show 2011

okay..was at the PC show 2011 in the afternoon...dis is what i spotted some dirty tricks by some unscrupulous mofos there:

1. retailers up the prices of accessories by $1-$5 in this show to con consumer...for instance i was bioing the 16GB thumbdrive and taking note of the price since last week...but for this fair when I was there...prices of all the thumbdrive up by $1-$2... so u are not hardup to buy, and then wait for 2-3 weeks later and price will be down to the normal at SLS.....these unscrupulous retailer take adv of consumers thinkin that price at these show must be cheap, so they take the opportunity to fleece customers....SO DONT BE FOOLED!!!

2. at the toshiba booth selling the 32" LCD TV...the compere was making hell lot of noise abt special offer of $388 with only 3 sets left....so keeping shouting through his microphone to get desperate customers to buy the last 3 sets at the very speical price of $388......so got three jokers quickly bought up the three sets scared that there is no more left.....i was quietly observing him in one corner as I have seen him before and know his stupid tricks....then i left and walk around for half and hour before and then return to the toshiba booth and saw the same set still display there but without the price...so i ask the promoter how much...he say $388...i ask if got ready stock at the backroom...he reply yes, they still hav a few set left....KNN...that cheebye compere is clearly conning ppl by saying that $388 is a veri speical price for the last 3 sets...so becareful...donch get conned by these mudderfucking compere who make a lots of noise on their miike KPKB abt very special price...SPECIAL PRICE MY FUCKING ASS!!!!

3. Pre-order....some fucking retailer advertise item but tell customers stocks all sold out....FUCKING LYING BASTARDS..Corbell SeaSonic psu...no stock still dare to bluff my fren who went there at 12pm sharp when the show open to buy...tell my fren have to pay first to pre-order and collect later after the show at AMK...my fren ask them to go fuck dog...fucking hell, no stock still dare to advertise...so beware of such blacklisted retailers...neber buy from them....

so far no news abt any retailers trying to ripped customer on GST...guess many customer are now wary...so they dare not pulled this dirty tricks anymore...BTW...if u r at 6 level and see one fuckers shouting over his mike abt laptop fan cooler selling at a very speical PCshow price of $5 only...donch be conned by him...the same product i saw at SLS last week selling for the same price...can buy at anytime at his shop at level 6 SLS...LOL..WTF...and still got some goondu hurriedly snapped these lousy fan cooler...LOL

Went to SLS, Fuwell confirm that its not a Promo, mention that Corbel advise them on the new pricing for PSU on Thursday... They are waiting for stock only !!!!

Corbell did it again......

Wednesday night told us about the promo and mention

there is LIMITED STOCK

Thursday 12pm
I went there found out there were OUT OF STOCK. But promoter told me there did not bring in to begin with.

Later Corbell confirm that there is NO STOCK due to "Coporate Sale Project"

Later in the evening I went to SLS
Fuwell told me, the had advise them the new pricing, waiting for stock to arrive
This is the case with other store as well.


Conclusion
Do not PAY PRE-ORDER PRICE !!!! You have to travel to PC show, Pay them TODAY and get stock in X weeks in AMK !!!!

Why not just get in from SLS !!!!

Corbell has been faking all promo, forcing us to pay full price for pre-ordering when they know they are going to drop the price anyway


I am a Corbell supporter for a long time, today the have ruin their reputation which they had take so long to build up!!!

At first, I felt like a fool rushing there, getting caught in the rain for nothing. They did not even bring the stock.

Now i pity those that had pre-order and paid a full price. I was told by corbell as well to pay full price if not they cannot guranttee after PC show pricing.

Luckily I did not pay, i now feel very sorry for those who did!!!

I DEMAND that
1) Corbell to remove all ads about pre-ordering and promo prices for stocks that they do not have
2) To accept refund for those PPL who demand a refund for pre-ording
3) To not accept anymore pre-ordering. This is rubbish when you told SLS stores to update new pricing already.....

An advise, if i were Corbell. I would spent the weekend in Corbell office reflecting on the actions and think about how to gain HWZoner trust back.

I would not be at the PC show, cheating more PPL

Finally,
Corbell, if you dare to raise prices of SEASONIC PSU just to prove me wrong about what i have found out today. I will complain to CASE as well as all your partners like Seasonic, MSI, Antec, etc

Most of those electronic and PC show salesman are from sim lim square and lucky plaza .. What do you expect ? FYI , renting those pc booths in those show is not cheap .. Do you think they can make profit if they are honest ?

they juz brainwashing the consumers into believing getting good deals.

you have to pay the rent of the booth. pay the part timers. pay the show gals.
no profits on the items how to pay all these overheads?

Was at the Carrefour sale at Changi Expo on Friday - there are more salespeople than customers! Anyway bought some kitchen towels to give them some business.

Used to be a regular at these PC shows until it got too crowded. Pointless to go to a show when all you can see are peoples shoulders.

The last show I ever intend to go to I bought a Samsung monitor from Fullwell. After the show found that Fullwell & other stores were selling the monitor for $80+ less.

Nowadays many store at SLS & Funan will offerthe same deal in Pre-PC Shows & post-PC show
