abc car rental got 100 fleet of cars.
abc has his own appointed workshop to repair and maintain his fleet of car.
executive A is in charge of 20 cars.
he/she will attends to customers payment,complain,car insurance,car servicing,car inspection,procurement.
1 day customer a reported his rented car got wiper issue.
executive A reported to the workshop as
1)wiper issue
2) aircon faulty

workshop charge car rental company
$50 for wiper
$250 replace 1 compressor. ( each split $125 profit )

1 day workshop lose $$ in casino.
executive A send in 1 Toyota for routine servicing.
workshop finish servicing and also reported the brake fluid is found leaking(which did not happen).he charged abc company another $150.

he know his car got lot of problems but do not want to spend a huge bomb to pass inspection.
he know of workshop razak that can help him send his car for inspection and guaranteed pass at $100.
he say on la.
eventually the car never leave the workshop but still get the pass inspection cert because the workshop got connection with the inspection center Ahmad.

Wiper can just change DIY cost less than $10 for 2 pcs. No need to buy expensive those bullshit like silicon with oil that cost $100/pcs. Only last u maybe twice longer.
Buy cheap one can last one year to 2 year just change it if spoil because very cheap only $10 for 2 pcs.
Aircon compressor seldom spoil and most new car warranty it for 5 year.
Car spare spare are very cheap if you can DIY.

we are talking about car rental.
in car rental,customer do not pay anything for faulty complain.
the company have to rectify free of charge for all your dissatisfaction.

It also happens in the office. The person in charge of office supplies will approach his/her friends store to get office supplies . The receipt that is provided will show an inflated amount. The extra $ is pocketed.

1 day ahmad was reversing his car in an open car park.
accidentally he bang his car onto another.
he got 2 choices in his mind.
1)run away if no body witness
2)Gentleman,pay up by leaving a note behind.

he choose second choice because a few witness saw it.
bo bian he leave a note on the victim windscreen that write : dear sir, i had band your car. you can call me at 9xxx xxxx.
the nos actually dont belong to him,but belong to the most hatred person in his workplace.

company ABC send his fleet of 5 vans to workshop for routine servicing.

after all servicing,
Ali from workshop selected 2 vans.
van 1 : he made an extreme small hole on the water radiator tank.
van 2 : he made an extreme small hole on the air con refridge tank.

van 1 break down on week 1 and send to workshop to repair the radiator tank $150
van 2 complain air con not so cold after week 2. send to workshop. Ali say the compressor no good already.must change. $350

send 2 dose whose servis u haf been using 4 a loong time n u find dem reliable ... if u r a new car owner, cheq wif frens or relatifs which wokshop dey send 2 n whether dey r reliable ...

I called up my relative who is very experience with cars. He suggested to extend the rental for a few more hours and a workshop he knows to rectify the scratch. I paid only $80 to mend the small scratch. According to the workshop boss, people that go for car rental are usually inexperienced or young drivers who likely to get accidental , dents and scratches. Car rental companies made more from accident and demage claims than the actual rental. Lesson learned.

yes.my ex colleague rented a fiat continental van. he banged his left side mirror plus some scratch on the left door.
car rental charge his company $900 for the repair.
i told him $150 can repair everything at my workshop.he rejected because he say company should cover him accident since he is in office hours.so he rather company pay $900 then he forked out $150 cash.
