Did the PAP fabricate evidence in Parliament?

What do you mean? You said in the post above: Only they can answer your question.

Now it's an interpretation? Put your ego aside and just ask them...

Yes I said that. What has it got to do with "assumption" and "interpretation"?

They can answer what their own interpretation is, that's what I mean.

So there are 3 spring cleaning + 1 annual cleaning?

Or

4 spring cleaning, but out of the 4 spring cleaning, only 1 spring cleaning is to also clean the highrise area?

So when is the "1" spring cleaning scheduled? And with whom should it be scheduled and informed?

...............

"Spring cleaning is conducted quarterly four times a year. Annual cleaning – cleaning the highrise area of the market – once a year. So if the town council is obligated to clean also the highrise area, the question is: how many times you have to clean." - Low Thia Khiang

..............

There is only one "March" in 2013, "annual" is redundant.

In your case, it seems you didn't pass PSLE.

In the dossier, the insertion may indicate Bala also didn't pass PSLE or to fuck the minds of those whom didn't pass PSLE.

How about my annual March 2013 remuneration? Because that is what he actually said...

The March date for annual cleaning was proposed by the Hawkers Assoc. and not scheduled by AHPETC, you twit.

So if the hawkers wanted to have it earlier instead of October as planned by AHPETC, they should have sought clarification from the TC and not write to NEA.

Writing to NEA means that the HA was leaning on its big brother to kotok WP.

Jonathan Oh etc are the ones who chok chok NEA and caused the whole misundertsanding. Therefore, VB or the PM has to come out and apologise for their misdeeds.

You could also bring home this message from us to yr masters, and quit chasing yr own tail and frankly making a big bloody fool of yrself.

So where is the definition of: annual March 2013 spring cleaning?

No shit, finally someone gets it! This whole thing is nothing but hot air...

Definition of redundant:

Adjective
1. No longer needed or useful; superfluous.
2. (of words or data) Able to be omitted without loss of meaning or function.

Trying to score political brownie points with something that has no meaning. Hahaha....good luck.

VB of course did it, but it makes no difference at all. How to fault him for something that doesn't change a thing?

It makes difference in confusing or giving false information that the email asked for "annual" cleaning.
The original email content clearly asked for spring cleaning.
LTK was right.... it was a misunderstanding or mis-communication among the parties involved.
However, someone stepped in, tried to score political point and pushed the blame sorely on WP part.
Such a shame....

So VB writes annual spring cleaning on one hand and verbally refers to quarterly spring cleaning on the other. He's not a schizo?

This is the best summary of the situation. In every day life nitty gritty details are exchanged over words, letters and emails by the millions. Miscommunication and lack of clarification are not surprising.

But after the meeting that settled matters, NEA came out blasting AHPETC for deflecting blame as if NEA themselves had no fault.

Of course if you are GMS, this happening is erased a la amnesia style and Sylvia started the whole thing by blasting NEA.

Sorry, not plot, i mean interpretation :).

No change. My interpretation has always been annual spring cleaning in dossier, VB understood that it was a quarterly spring cleaning when he spoke in parliament. That interpretation never changed.

I said redundant and you also believe and shoot off like a headless chicken.:D

Read the meaning below lah

If annual is relevant, then in your case it may mean recurring once a year in March.:D

an·nu·al [an-yoo-uhl] Show IPA
adjective
1.
of, for, or pertaining to a year; yearly: annual salary.
2.
occurring or returning once a year: an annual celebration.

VB of course did it, but it makes no difference at all. How to fault him for something that doesn't change a thing?
