I can understand where you are coming from. A jail term awaits PL if convicted. It is in his best interest to do all things available to save himself.

My point is, could he have delivered the same message to the DJ without being so direct? From Ah Mui's court testimony, I detect willingness and eagerness to clear PL from the charge against him. Ah Mui appears to be emulating the performance of CS. Like CS, Ah Mui's testimony is not in favour of the prosection.
