A lot of us Linux and FreeBSD users have our browsers set to spoof Winblows User Agents for stupid govtech/bank websites etc

What I did was separate the stats of those that use the QR code to get to the site which has been blocked by the authorities.
I doubt very much they know how to spoof anything. If they were savvy they'd be using VPN or private DNS mode.
