I am sure the citizens and Hougang residents in particular got eyes to see for themselves what sort of "independence" he has when basically the whole PAP juggernaut is backing his campaign. As for "this not being a dirty campaign", DPM Teo can provide all the answers.

Frankly and imho, DPM Teo had jeopardised Desmond Choo's chances of being elected on his own merits. There is simply no need to hound Png and LTK so relentlessly over the NCMP issue. It only makes him look so petty, childish and opportunistic; in short, so unstatesman-like!
