Absolutely. There's a big difference between targetting and demonising a racial group – racism – and speaking up for a disenfranchised ethnic minority, which is what Leslie was doing through his pictures.

How can speaking up on behalf of a community ever be construed as 'racially insensitive'?

Very innovative comics. Nothing besides comical and fictional basis. And nobody arrested the non ruling (opposition) parties' postings. In a political arena, when there is ruling party, there sure to be non ruling parties and supporters commenting the ruling. This arrest may send a wrong signal to further de-support the ruling party.
