DEED POLL ON CHANGE OF NAME

It is DECLARED that Debonerman does assume as from 30 August 2014 hereof the name of Debonerdog to the original name of Debonerman.

AND in pursuance of such a change in name as aforesaid, he shall at all times hereafter in all communications in this forum and upon all occassions whatsoever use the name of Debonerdog in lieu of the said original name Dobonerman.

On behalf of the said Debonerdog, we hereby authorise and request all forummers to designate and address it by such a name.
