It will suffice as your farewell report of purported your key responsiblity as President in the past 12 years. We all know you have tried your best but as concerned citizens of Singapore, we are also trying very hard to understand how is it that the reserves had been used on many occasions and yet everyone seems to be making a big deal of the importance of the reserves.
We are also well aware that you have done your best in writing the two recently-published books to self-glorify and to self-justify your tenure and your past but you owe us this one report, in response to the claims made in the video by Mr Leong Sze Hian (http://leongszehian.com) He should not be dismissed as an annonymous netizen "making noise", your oft-used phrase.
And certainly, he is not from the "lunatic fringe" as claimed by Mr Teo Chee Hean and Kee Chiu Army Boy Tan.
