DALLAS - There were no brake lights, no screeching tires and no slowing down.
Instead, a camera on the Dallas North Tollway captured a violent, full-speed collision
that sent two people to the hospital.
Emergency crews had to use the jaws of life to peel drivers from the wreckage.
DART spokesman Morgan Lyons said that an investigation by DART Police indicates
that the driver simply failed to slow down and stop. The driver remains on paid
administrative leave pending a second investigation.
