Internet media has changed the way news are brought forward to the mass, from individuals to the MSM companies. Things like court case of a private should be protected from print media coverage companies for profit making at the expense of the defendant or plaintiff.
In Amos case, MSM followed him all the time in the court house premise. People should be allowed to apply for Police permit to stop MSM from stalking court cases. Medias companies should stick to kaypo news, politic related cases and be defined.
Google was loss their court case and now extend their 'rights to be forgotten' program. This program should extend to print MSM media, and their digital print media, to MYOB when it comes to news coverage. They are for profit making news at the expense of the victims they stalked.
