At 916 salon, they can have someone cutting/washing your hair and massaging... and someone doing pedicure at the same time. But no small head massage though.

I vaguely recall, I did cut once a few years back. It was really $1. Of course they try to ask you do scalp treatment and all the “value added” but in that particular instance they were not overly pushy because they just opened
