You get this sort of behaviour in societies where females freely mixing with males are frowned upon coupled with culture that treats women as lesser beings and chattels. India, Middle East. Look at Pakistan, only country that was formed on the basis of religion. Honour killings, rape, molest and they bring this into first world countries. Look at the wholesale grooming and sexual exploitation of minors in the UK predominantly by Pakistani some of whom are born in the U.K.
