Crony Ee's brain is damaged by PRC whores who moans near his ear. Such an evil peg ensures minions' stipends are peg to winners regardless of economic conditions. Top earners come and go but with this evil peg, minions get top pay despite their gabras or recession.
If Ruler Loong and Crony Er wants to minimise opportunity costs, it might as well hire Bill Clinton to be the DPM. Paying Bill Clinton US$400,000 is a farking bargain, compared to the Bargain Hen.
