IT WAS all part of the plan: sneak in the house, nip the dog in the ear ...
and make a daring water getaway. Honest!
This home video captures the moment a house cat made its daring escape from the maw of a
dog hot on its heels.
Bounding down the stairs, an enormous swimming pool is clearly blocking its escape.
But the cat has its eyes on its only means of escape - a surfboard parked neatly on the edge.
A last minute leap, and the cat cooly coasts to safety on the other side.
The dumbfounded dog simply stares.
