If the PAP want to extend it, from whom do they get the approval from?
From themselves in the parliament of course!
We need minimun 28 opp.members to stop them.
The purpose of the opposition is to stop them from implementing policies to enhance the party and also to enrich themselves.
There is no need to scrutinise the opposition because PAP is still in control and they still run the country.
What the opposition do is to debate every policy proposed by PAP in Parliament.
The opposition will get feedbacks from the people on the ground and not from PAP grassroots which had been poisoned by PA constant watering (brainwashing)
If a proposed policy is detrimental to the people, the opposition will not give the approval or maybe postpone certain issues until the economic situations improve.
In this way, the people's interests are safe and PAP cannot shaft rubbish into our throat like what they did to Lim Boon Heng.
Suprise or maybe coincidence, it took him so long and to cry out when election is around the corner.
