"None of your interest"

Canadian way of saying "None of your business"

Guy taking cannabis for sleep and anxiety. I ask him about his anxiety he says "that is none of your interest." I said it is part of the 3 monthly assessment. He replies "So what if I told you, what you gonna do about it"

So I said ok it is none of my interest you have a good day.

The commercial landlord got us to guarantee the lease till the end. No reduced amount if request to end lease early. I have learned that commercial landlord pretty good in Canada.

prospective tenants have to have collateral to guarantee the lease for the duration. Also extensive background checks. All issues inside the unit are the tenant's responsibility. Tenant cannot don't pay rent will go after collateral.

Unlike residential tenants.

In fact the previous owner of the business is still a guarantor on the lease. So if I don't pay and I have no assets they go after the previous owner.
