But the problem is if the MC is too long then they void your high key attendance and tell you to come back again for another high key training. In my time, the "max allowance" for MC is 2 days for a 2 week ICT. Dunno about now...

I only did 2 high keys and 3 low keys before I hit 40. My first ICT was when I was 32 years old. Managed to siam for a decade.
