红箭-12反坦克导弹是中国北方工业公司研制出的一种单兵反坦克导弹，属于第三代反坦克导弹系统，具备发射后不管、俯冲攻顶、威力大、全天候作战等优点，是我国外贸货架上最先进的单兵反坦克导弹，和外军“标枪”、“长钉”等典型第三代导弹处于同一水平线。
该型导弹弹径140毫米，射程达到4千米，采用串联弹头，击穿爆反后破甲深度可达1000毫米。该型采用红外/电视成像制导，俯冲攻顶体制，可以对包括现役所有装甲车辆在内的多种目标实施有效打击。
这是北方工业第三代反坦克导弹首次成交并交付，项目意义重大，标志着我国外贸型第三代反坦克导弹获得国际认可。

北方工业官方微信公众号3月25日消息，某国红箭12E反坦克导弹项目是公司第三代反坦克导弹武器系统首次成交的重大项目。项目的顺利执行对公司确立市场地位以及进一步深耕当地市场意义重大。
但突如其来的一场疫情，让发货、验收工作变得扑朔迷离。在这场大考面前，项目团队没有退缩畏惧，没有犹豫彷徨，在没有任何可资借鉴的经验情况下，在实践中摸索，创造性开展工作，攻克重重困难，消灭一道道“拦路虎”，圆满完成装备交付。
拦路虎当道，咋办？
春节以来，国内新冠肺炎疫情严重，给项目执行带来严峻考验。首先是递送提单困难，疫情爆发后，中国驻当地使馆要求所有使馆人员和中资企业在国内人员均不得返回当地，因此没有可靠人员可以协助递送提单，并且快递停止了揽收业务。如果等待快递业务恢复正常再寄送给当地人员协助递交，这样势必耽误船期。同时，递送提单还存在时效性，如果货物不能及时卸下，则将会产生巨额滞港费用。
其次，国外交验也面临挑战。根据与外方商议的工作安排，公司交验团组将于2月下旬赴国外，与外方代表共同进行交验工作。根据合同规定，只有在双方代表均在场的情况下，才能开启集装箱的铅封，对集装箱内的货物进行数目清点和验收。此前，外方多次表达过尽早接收货物的急迫态度；但因为疫情的原因，团组不能如期成行。这样一来，交验的时间势必因疫情影响而延后，进而影响外方对于此次发运产品的使用。
笃定目标，前进！
进退维谷之际，项目团队不气馁不懈怠，相互打气。同时，开动脑筋，寻找最佳解决办法。针对提单递送事宜，采用“曲线前进”方式。找到双方都认可的“第三方”，完美解决了不能签收提单的难题。2月7日，团队将提单交由返回邻国代表处的同事随身携带至邻国后，立即通过快递寄送给在该国的收件人，2月11日，收件人将提单交送至外方负责人手上，并由外方负责人签署文件交接单。至此，经过了一环到一环的“接力”递送，提单在预定船期前顺利到达外方手中，保证了外方可以及时提货。
针对国外交验事宜，项目团队向外方详细解释情况，多次沟通解决方案，并得到了外方的谅解与支持。正是由于此前双方坦诚相待、彼此互信，面对国内突发疫情，外方对北方公司表示了朋友般的理解和信任。此外，通过积极沟通，为项目执行争取了宝贵的缓冲时间。截至发稿前，经与外方确认，此次发运的集装箱全部顺利到达最终目的地。待疫情缓解时，双方代表将共同开展交验工作。
