The years 2013 to 2022 were Singapore's warmest decade on record, the NEA and MSE said in launching the advisory
It has three levels of heat stress risk: Low, moderate and high, based on a global standard that takes account of environmental factors
The real-time advisory is available on the MyENV app and weather information website, but concerns have been raised about accessibility for elderly users
