Saw this in one of the forum and its says a lot.
"Hello, Lurking around Togoparts for years but never registered. Till now. I would like to pick up cycling again after a 10 year+ lay off.
So been looking around a LBS near my area in the east..tampines area..am bit pissed off & disapointed at the attitude of staff/owners at the LBS.
Its like as if i asking them to borrow me $$, the bike i would like to get cost like a few thousand. At least I as a paying customer deserve better customer service.
Some instances..
1) Enquired abt a bike model, LBS reply "All there"..then continue smoking & gimme FO look.
2) Another LBS, enquired abt tis model, LBS reply - Tis 1 not bringing in anymore. *end.
3) Go in another LBS, mechanic or wat look at me i rape his daughter b4 even though i smile at him.
See liao sian...no mood buy with tis kinda service...i not expecting 5 star restaurant service..at least gimme bit help."
