At LKY School of Public Policy - NUS. The difference is $275 per semester to a foreigner but no difference to PR. And we know that any idiot can be a PR.

You probably haven't gone past "O" levels to realise the value of a post grad qualification. Thats probably why the govt is bold enough to treat non-citizens favourably as the locals have no clue about its value.

A foreigner once told me that he was unsure whether singaporeans were compliabt by nature or unable to grasp the severity of the issue ( basically dumb enough not to realise).

The question to your question is, should any rational person be bothered about such courses offered by such places?:D

Your idea of post grad qualifications in regard to Sporns comes to 'nuts' or 'peanuts' if Sporns don't even dare to stand for their own rights!

So go FUCK off with what your FT frd tells you cos he is just another fucking FT that hope to suck up on Harry Lee's idea that FT with post grad qualifications are something of value!:D

Struck a nerve? Let this be a lesson to think before posting.

Now you know how the PAP cheats Singaporeans if you guys do not study the matter and and just "believe" what the ministers or running doga say. PAP ministers always say Singapore citizens come first and they are subsidized by the government...perhpas they have the cheek to claim "Singaporeans are HIGHLY subsidized" by the caring governement.

Damn it, after running up and down the hill in the army and all those guard duties and interruptive reservist liability, all you get is this miserable small amount of "subsidy" DIFFERENCE! Why not just emigrate then 4 years later come back as a FT...no N.S. forget about those love for Singapore because PAP does not love you in the first place...to LKY SICKgaPOOReans are just 'digits' and to Philip Yeo Singaporeans are just 'slaves'...they said it themselves.

Yea, life can be that simple.

As long as the 66% don't wake up their fcuking idea and vote out the PAPee, nothing will change. Life for the Pink ICer will only get worse. Look at countries in which the people have the courage to do the right thing to kick out their despotic rulers. Life for the people eventually changed for the better and became more livable even though there might be some upheaval in the intevening period.

I found out that actual course fee is around $38,000 which means that the subsidy is worth $22K. Even more shocking is the quota which is 75% for foreigners.

Things like these are never seen in the public press. We have been trulu led by the nose.

If these courses are meant to attract foreign talent (which I suspect) within the region and to retain them as singaporeans eventually, then they have to be upfront and honest about it.

I can't wait for the old man to kick the bucket. I expect some uncertainty and maybe some issues with society and order but it will certainly get better.

only for univ, the difference is not much.
but during lower schooling, the difference is quite a lot.

How much in dollars terms, don't get hoodwinked by %. $10 for citizens and $20 for PRs is huge in % terms but pittance in absolute dollars.
