There may be a few things here and there that are more expensive in Seoul but overall, the cost of living is cheaper than Singapore's.
Final comment, Seoul is possibly the most expensive place in South Korea. There are other large modern cities like Busan which have an even lower cost of living.

The cost for taxi fares are lower in Seoul. But you can find taxis with relative ease...unlike Sinkiepore.
Foodcourt food can get for about $8-$9, quite expensive but the quality is Ion standard or better. Very clean and also free water as all Korean foodcourts provide free water so you save on drinks.
Best thing of all....their gals beat us by a mile!!
