Media Monthly Disposable in Seoul is higher than SG
Monthly Intrest rate is higher than SG.
Apartment price is less than 1/2 of SG's.
There may be a few things here and there that are more expensive in Seoul but overall, the cost of living is cheaper than Singapore's.
Final comment, Seoul is possibly the most expensive place in South Korea. There are other large modern cities like Busan which have an even lower cost of living.
